I can't say enough great things about this company even the owners are wonderful! Aside from my awesome nurse Tracy and her backup Shamar, I just recently over the last several months had been given an aide. Isaac (her manager and also amazing) blessed me with Halimat, to help me during the day for 6 hours. She is amazing just phenomenal I couldn't ask for somebody better we have a great relationship and she bends over backwards for her patients. I wish there were more people like her in the medical industry! It's unfortunate but not all nurses or aides actually care about patient care these days. This company cares about their patients and their care and that's what is the most important!

Andrea is a terrible representation of your company and a nightmare to deal with over the phone. I had a freak accident with a stingray happen in corpus on Memorial Day and have been in the hospital between corpus and back home in San Antonio for a total of 20 days, with several infections and 4 surgeries were required. That is as brief as I can make my story. We had providers from JonSan come out in between hospital stays for wound care and pt and I wish I could rate them separately because there have been several who have come out and they have all been really great to us. But I was discharged last week after the last clean out surgery and the wounds were closed up. And I’ve been on some pretty heavy pain meds since coming home. That being said, I’ve missed some phone calls. I no longer require wound care but, with being impressed with the company I felt better today and decided to start returning calls and hopefully get Physical Therapy set up through JonSan. I called them, was transferred to Andrea and was immediately greeted with a tongue lashing about not returning the voicemails. I tried to explain to her about the pain meds and even apologized but she kept pressing, I got frustrated and told her I was not expecting the attitude I was getting. I was ready to disconnect the call. My wife heard what was going on from the other room and took the phone. The first thing my wife did was apologize and again try to explain the unreturned calls, which we are talking about a couple over 4 days. Not weeks. Anyways, my wife apologized, and tried to calmly explain and get back to the purpose of the call but Andrea was not willing to move forward she just wanted to hang on the issue of 2 missed voicemails. I was kind of in shock to see how we were both treated by a manager of this company. This was totally unacceptable. The people in the field are good at their job and have a great approach to helping the client and making sure they know they’re being taken care of properly. The woman Managing the office (Andrea) should not have a phone on her desk or ever be allowed to speak to clients or potential clients. This was awful.

The service I received from start to finish with JonSan has been top notch! They effectively communicated with me from both the front office and the individual nurses. Each nurse I saw was stellar! I saw Dee the most and she was excellent! I also saw Susan, Tracy, and Stormee and they EACH provided the highest level of care! I cannot recommend this company and their services or nurses enough.
