One of your employees drove on the shoulder of the highway to drive around me and others. I have it on my drive cam. Then she followed me after I drove up next to her to get a picture of the phone number and driver. She exited the highway to follow me and got in the far right lane of the service road, then went all the way to the left lane again to enter the highway and continue to follow me. I took the next exit and she followed me again so I got her to quit following me by turning onto a back road by the Westin Hotel. It’s a good thing she didn’t follow me there.

This is the worst company ever. I needed a speech therapist that speaks spanish for my mom. The nurses that come out dont understand well english nor do they communicate well in spanish. My moms doctor has been receiving faxing papers that when she calls them to let them know she cant read them they keep faxing them the same way. Unreadable. Told by adult protective services to not use them, by mom doctor if it was my choice to get help getting another company cause she couldnt get a hold of them and eventually when she did, they didnt know how to communicate either and didnt seem that they knew what they were doing. The incident that made me drop them was calling and leaving messages with different people asking for a supervisor call back. More than 7 days pass and no call back. The nurse came out and started screaming in my house in front of my mom after I asked for advise on how to get a supervisorcall back. She started making all these false accusations so I asked her to leave. I kicked her out and she threatened to have adult protective services if I do. I told her I didnt care and to leave. She wouldnt so I called her company. The on call company comes back and said the only person who answers for them said its an issue between the nurse and I. that I had to deal with finding a way for this nurse to leave my house myself and they hung up. Either way I still needed help for my mom cause she was in pain and needed a nurse advise, but I had to call I kid you not, 15 or 17 times cause the on call company kept hanging up on me. They finally admitted it and said all calls from this number were being hung up on cause they thought I was calling for the same issue about the screaming nurse. Nadia was her name. When I explained it wasnt but the nurse finally did leave and I was expecting adult protective services to come to my house because of the threat and she still left screaming on my door, the lady finally transferred me to an on call nurse that gave me instructions of what medicine to give my mom for her pain. I really, dont recommend this company due to them being very unprofessional, rude, unattainable even after several supervisor callback requests. They are the worse company I have dealt with, even my moms doctor said it was the worst experience she had trying to get a hold of them to fax the right paperwork. If the rating had a negative I would but for now its a 1 star and hopefully you dont contact them at all.

I have been concerned about how to approach the next phase in my Mom’s life...that was quickly resolved after I contacted Cuidado Casero Home Health. Their team guided my family. The nurses: Debbie, Arianna and Areli have been extremely professional, caring, supportive and often spend time listening to my mother’s needs. We previously had other Providers that came to take care of my mom but none have shown the patient/caregiver warmth.

We are very grateful with Cuidado Casero, in special Mrs. Angelina and Mr. Gilbert. They all did a great job helping us taking care of our loved one and explaining every stage of the illness. I highly recommend Cuidado Casero.
