Nursing does fine. But when I asked them to change days of showering my grandmother to Tuesday and Friday instead of Wednesday and Friday, I got chewed out by the aide because I asked her supervisor about the change. Then I call supervisor she says the aides put together their own schedule. I’m like okay then why do we need a visit from supervisor every week ? Makes no sense to bathe someone on Wednesday and come back in two days on Friday to do again after patient has went Sat, Sun, Mon, and Tuesday without a shower.

After 8 years we are going to find a new agency. They change employees without notice! Mom has dementia and it’s hard when the keep changing personnel.. Very disappointed 😔
