It took me 7 weeks to get approved for 26 hours. I had a provider who tried to apply online and the app wasn't working properly.The provider I had was certified in healthcare.Silver Spring only sent half of the application and said that they sent all of it.They stressed me out with the whole process as well as my provider for a week. I've done had two blackouts and falls breaking several fingers both times and still had to go thru this.I DO Not want anything to do with Silver Spring Health Care.Ill find someone else!

It has simply been a true Blessing for my Mom and I to be assigned to such an outstanding and genuinely dedicated and committed professional and caring Supervisor, Ms. Brittany! From the very first time, we spoke on the telephone, her attentiveness and the “smile” in her voice made a difference!! Mom and I speak with Ms. Brittany on a regular basis and anytime we have concerns or needs we receive immediate support and assistance. Nursing, physical and occupational therapy staff and supervisors have provided excellent and reliable home healthcare for Mom! In fact, she insists they have a bottled water and a fruit to go! Silver Spring Healthcare Please ensure you take care of your staff who excel in patient care, service and teamwork otherwise you’ll lose them and that would be a true lost!

I've used this company for prob about 2-3 years now. Lyndsey and Angel has really made my experience really good. They've both been very attentive in making sure my daughters alotted hours are being provided. They have gone over the top to make sure to let her know happy birthday and merry Christmas. It's just the thoughtfulness that has made a significant difference. When I had my youngest baby they took time to check on me and my oldest. They did more for me then our previous company. They have worked really hard to find nurses who are a good fit for our family. I'm very greatful that they have such good staff. I would say, Lyndsey, Cassandra and Angel have really made me very happy with this company and I would recommend them to others. This is very good company that cares about it's patients. Also they're good at problem solving if issues do arise they take time to help resolve they don't sweep under rug and they listen and value their clients. Very very pleased. 10/10 also Lola has been very kind and even offered to help with my move recently. Very sweet gesture. Over all this company is outstanding. I think Lyndsey should get a raise for how hard she works because every time I've called with an issue she's been on top of it!
