I don’t care to receive phone calls after 7 pm for a new patient with this home health , it seems down to the home nurse they send and the social worker they do not care how they talk to individuals I’m admitted in the hospital a social worker calls and as I’m talking she really just said ok bye bye while I’m saying I’ll have to reconvene when I’m in town after holiday cause huh talk expected me to spend a holiday alone in Texas recovering from a total Hip replacement, the nurse who came to my home didn’t care to really sit down an connect and answer my questions , the social worker is rude and I refuse to have a disrespectful aid in the home cause that’s all ims wrong is disrespect I’ll the insurance company no thanks find me someone else , I do not recommend and I’m all around nice

When I first started with the company I was given so many promises, like I would have a nurse come for my wound care, physical therapy and occupational therapy. The only one that was steady was George my occupational therapist. As for the nurse that came, that changed. When I first came home from the hospital they could come anytime but when I went back to work several months later it was a problem to have a nurse come in the morning time. And now that I am almost healed I was discharged without notice. They claimed they had no nurse to come in the mornings for me. Very unprofessional, I have had to call several times to get care this makes no sense.

Given them 1 star is being generous. After many calls and no return calls and way to much back and forth we got the call that they had to discharge us since they didnt have a nurse that could come during the mornings as my fiance has dialysis in the afternoons. This information was given right at the beginning. So two weeks of not being seen but by the admitting nurse. Good luck getting a nurse if you have set schedule that you can't break free from. Communication is horrible if you get any. Would never refer anyone here.

I am 65 yo and was in ICU and hospital with Sepsis, pneumonia, and UTI for 4 months. Also broken ankle. My PT Brian had me up and walking with a walker in 2 months. My home health nurse Sonya was also amazing. This company is very concerned about your health. Very professional and caring. I had OT through another agency. Pitiful, only came 4 times and their nurse approved me for more visits. Diversity Care is the BEST and I highly recommend them. I am a retired nurse. They are the reason I am walking again. I was in skilled nursing rehab for 20 days and they did nothing for me, but kick me out when my time was up. Call Diversity Care. You will not regret it. Amazing, skilled, and caring staff.

We have had such a great experience with Diversity. The nurse, Kenneth, who has been caring for my son for over 10 months, has been attentive, caring and knowledgeable about his situation every step of the way. We feel very blessed to have been partnered with such a great nurse, but this wasn’t the first time. We worked with another nurse on a previous wound through Diversity, for another extended period of time, named Salima, and she was wonderful as well. Both employees we have worked with have been professional, wise, and caring. Great job!! 👏
