My mom was on service with this agency. I appreciate the Social Worker’s patience and support during our time of need. The nurse took great care of my mother.

DR Home Health offers services that are illegal and not approved by Medicare. They make promises that are not fulfilled after the contract is signed. They service terminally ill patients, however, their hours of operation is Monday-Friday, 8-5, no weekends, evenings, nor on call staff to assist in emergencies. They do not offer after hour medical help either. They assist terminally ill patients, but, the timeline for service to begin is 2-3 weeks. Supplies are ordered and billed to Medicare but they do not get delivered. No time line is given when staff is arriving at the residence, on two occasions, staff showed up but the patient was not at home. None of the employees are employed directly to the company, they are third party employees. We’re not even sure if the RN was a licensed RN because we didn’t see any. The RN was Googling information before answering questions. The director or owner, Tomeka, does not answer texts nor calls. When she does answer, she’s rude and has discussed HIPPA information with a person that has no say in the care of the patient. When you call during an emergency, your call is not answered for 2 to 3 hours. If you call on a Thursday or Friday, your call does not get answered until the following Tuesday. If you ask too many questions about their services and procedures, you will receive a phone call 15 minutes after services where supposed to be rendered, to inform that one employee is sick, the other had a family emergency. This was not done to any regard to the patients wellbeing. Tomeka sent a text message stating that the equipment that was provided would be picked up by the end of the week, leaving the patient to sleep on the floor. DR Home Health has caused total confusion and chaos in my home. I do not recommend this company for any services offered.
