First off as you’re hiring health care workers you must provide information on the client or living situations to be able to inform the worker on these living conditions or background information on the patient. 9.50 is an insult with having the duty to care for someone who is unable to do very much . DO BETTER especially if it’s off the Medicaid or insurance

To update my review. This company does not have the healthcare workers check in and out of the homes they are working at with anyone. Doris, the thief of my jewelry collection & more, was to be here for 5 hours, 3 days a week. She was rarely on time, and never stayed long enough to finish a complete load of laundry. Usually stayed 1.5 to 2 hours but turned in 5 hours every time she did show up. The representatives of the company are very hard to reach, and are less than forthcoming with their clients. Another person I know used their services ( with a different worker) and discovered her mother was being verbally abused. She did not say if it included physical abuse but it would not be beyond what kind of people they employ. I very strongly advise anyone looking for a caregiver to not use this company. Very many problems with the company, and its employees! Research any company you are thinking of using to avoid a nightmare for yourself, and your loved ones!!
