I can’t say enough good things about Theracare. They provided compassionate, professional, and attentive care for my uncle during such a difficult time. The entire team, Jeremy, nurse Jackie, nurse Jona and Jodie his physical therapist were incredibly supportive, not only for him but for our whole family. They were always available to answer our questions, offer comfort, and ensure he was as comfortable as possible. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference, and we are forever grateful for their care. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of home healthcare services.

Nurses: Lameka and Mary Ellen are so kind and helpful. My mom actually tells Lameka she loves her. She’s become a friend of the family and has always been an advocate to make sure my mom gets the right care. Mary Ellen would bring treats for the dog and cats and always take great care of my mom. PT: Thilaga and Darrell have been equally as kind to my mom and have helped her so much with her mobility. And, Melanie, who dies the PT certainly, is awesome. She always listens to feedback and gets my mom what she needs. If you get care from Theracare, ask for the individuals above. I would give them all 5 stars. I only gave four overall due to a few people that we had concerns with, but it was taken care of immediately by the team above.

I have received care from several specialists, Nurse (Lameka/Denise), PT (Pat) & OT (Kenneth/Terry); all were exceptional. I have had service from a different agency in the past and the staff at Theracare Home Health is much better by far. I’ve completed my OT & PT at this time. I’m so pleased that Lameka will be continuing with my general health care. She is extremely knowledgeable, concerned, efficient, thorough, patient and kind. I’m very grateful she is taking care of me.

Sheryl Weathers

Hello my name is Sheryl Weathers, I am Ms. Cora S. Thompson oldest daughter. I take care of her. There are two Theracare therapists that also take great care of her. One is the Occupational Therapist (Cheryl) and the other one is the Physical Therapist (Kristie). These two therapist are great therapists! Their mannerisms is very lovely! The two are two dynamic people. They show love in their career! It gives me a joy when they come out to the home! Please recognize that they do a great fantastic Job!

I love my wound care nurse, Lameka. She makes sure she gets new Dr. orders over promptly. Gabby who is my Physical Therapist is great and worked me good today and I appreciate that she's getting me ready to get back to normal and also keeping my muscles toned. Ashley, one of the nurses, called promptly when my blood pressure was high and called to make sure I was feeling okay., Last, but not least, Nancy was so helpful to get my wound care supplies ordered and delivered.
