I didn’t like Ventex nurses because they had poor work ethics. Each time I expressed my concerns with the owner Josephine she gave excuses for nurses poor behavior: They only seem to care about money, not your loved ones wellbeing. I can go on and on about my experiences. It has been bad!

Great company, I’ve been with them for over a year. Mrs. Josephine is a very nice and knowledgeable person, she clearly understand my son’s needs and knows everything about him. I have never had an issue with my nurses, they are all responsible and professional. It’s hard to find a agency that really cares about you and your child like Mrs. Josephine and her company does.

I am so thankful and pleased with Ventex. They are truly heaven sent and have taken so much stress off myself and family. This is my second agency and have never had a staffing issue with them. We love our nurse and the time the agency takes out to make sure we are happy and my son have everything he needs.

Wonderful agency. I switched from another agency because my son wasn't getting nurses. From the day I switched I met Mrs. Josephine and she was very nice and new all about my sons care. I felt comfortable with her company and they wotk very hard to make sure he has nurses and that they understand my son's care. He also has had changes with PD dialysis to hemo-dialysis and they have been supportive and flexible with that as well. I wish I would have chose this agency when I discharged from the NICU.
