I have had an interesting relationship with Stephens Health Care. I take care of the elderly and several of them use Stephens, therefore I talk to them regularly. Tonight I called them in reference to a patient, the first time I called everything was fine, they directed me to a nurse right away. The nurse proceeded to tell me to take the patients vitals and give him/her a call back, he/she hung up without giving me her/his number. Once I took the vitals I called the Stephens Health Care directory back, I told her again who I was and where I was calling from and she gave me an attitude, stating "You've already called once!!!!". Unfortunately being "rude" has been common for the people working in the Stephenville area. It is always an interruption when they have to come late at night to asses a patient or make a visit. Other home health agencies go above and beyond for their patients, they seem to not really care.
