A home health care agency with a difference! Very knowledgeable and professional staff members.

Stay away from this company. They allow fraudulent activity even if you report it. I told Pauline several times the provider on file was not the provider that comes to my mom’s house. I even told the Registered Nurse Arline about the fraudulent activity. They were too concerned with who had the power of attorney versus taking care of the client.

If I was given a choice of negative star I would. Please do not trust your loved ones with this company. Completely unreliable with bad hiring practices. Never know when they will show up and when they won't. Supervisors have really bad attitudes and think that they are doing you a favor. According to the supervisors, its not there responsibility if the caretakers they hired does not show up. Bad business attitude and bad service. When you tell them you really needed some one they tell you that thanks giving is coming up and noone should be working and you all can take care of her. Ofcourse I will but who are you to tell me?.

ACP has been taking care of my mom’s home health needs from skilled nursing to PT/OT for over a year. They have a very attentive, responsible and great, skilled staff. Mary always communicates with me and is on top of things. My mom loves her PT- Tamara and all the nurses (Nita, Maria) that take care of her. BTW, I’m also a nurse so for me to recommend them speaks volumes, as I definitely stay on top of my mom’s care.
