We have had the services from Ascend Home Health for several years now. They provide daily home assistance for my mom who has MS and she also receives weekly home nurse visits and have had PT providers as well. My mom, teenage son and I live together, but I work full-time and my son is in school. Every health care provider has been outstanding and very personable. Mom has now had 2 different daily health workers over the time with them and both have been outstanding. Very caring, attentive, sensitive, patient and flexible in their hours when needing to accommodate for doctor appointments. These care givers have become part of our family. They have even shown a wonderful affection to our pets, which are also a huge part of our family. The agency is always very responsive to mom's needs and any questions we have. I would highly recommend this agency.
