This is the absolute worse Home Health Agency. Run away from them as fast as you can. Cheryl and Mary Jo are so rude. When I called the office to get an ETA due to an emergency all I got was the run around about let me call your nurse. When she finally called she was as rude as they were. Hours later still no call so at 4:45 I call then you tell me you need to talk to your supervisor. Of course you know they let the office close and still did not call me back, I got a text from Cheryl that said they would not be taking my case. Your sorry agency as been reported and I had to go back to the hospital for something you were supposed to do. The hospital knows about what you did so don’t look for any more recommendations. Shut it down!

Allowing people to refuse care to those who need it, is not only despicable but very telling about the type of people who work there but also about the business for allowing the behavior. People deserve better than what you’re doing. Cheryl and Mary Jo should both be ashamed of themselves for their treatment of our loved one. Oh wait, what treatment because you refused to show up to do your job and left her hanging. If you’re in over your head and in the wrong profession, say that, and find another job. Stop taking it out on innocent people who need assistance. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Communication was absolutely the worst, the nurse CHERYL, had the absolute WORST attitude we have ever experienced from a so called health care professional leaving my mother to figure out a last minute plan and she refused to even come care for her as she was assigned. Families depend on home health to assist with care of their loved ones and that was not done. Please save yourself the added stress and find another home health agency that will be professional and maybe even show up to do their job.

They were the worst home health i ever had for my husband. They didn't order supplies, they didn't fill out the necessary paperwork because they were to tired afte doing wound care, they suggested hospice for husband who is clinically well not on no meds. Cover his whole butt with bandages not leaving no area for bowl movement. I gave them multiple times to get it right, they never successfully completed service. Horrible, I wouldn't let them take care of pet.
