If I could give this unprofessional company a minus 50 I would!! Employees have issues with being unable to comprehend the English language when message are sent via text. Just panting to set an appointment to charge my insurance. No accountability for HIPEA GUIDELINES. Calling my contact list to find me to schedule an appointment?? You cannot get a hold of me too bad! You do not call my emergency contact with this! Do no use this company. My insurance has been contacted.

My mom is 84 years old and had hip surgery. We got AccentCare Home Health to help her after she came home. But it was not a good experience at all. The people didn’t show up on time, or sometimes not at all. We didn’t know when they were coming. My mom was confused and upset because she didn’t know what was going on, and neither did I. Some of the workers didn’t even seem to know what they were supposed to do. One person was nice, but most seemed in a hurry and didn’t explain things. She needed help and care, but it felt like they didn’t really care. We had to keep saying the same stuff over and over because they didn’t remember. It made everything harder for her when she was already in pain and trying to get better. I would not tell anyone to use accentcare. We got a different home health place now, and it’s much better. I wish we had done that from the start.

No one is perfect, but I really enjoyed the staff & the care given to me. During my separation I really missed them, and the positivity that I gained. My Aides were very good workers;done the job. They have a wide range of care to offer another is physical therapy. You can get it all done in one place.

My husband has been dealing with Accent the past few weeks. Care takers have failed to show up for his mother. Company fails to call back or find replacements. He's looking elsewhere. Just adding more stress to an already difficult situation. There are a couple of the employees that are real jewels. Update: After a lengthy and detailed phone call a lot of the issues have been ironed out and they are more attentive to notifications and changes. Time will tell. So I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars.
