I have as many family and friends as possible under the care of Heritage Home Health & Hospice. I have had nothing but support and empathy from Heritage cooperate in regards to my family with confirmation such as, “they’re your family, whatever they need, we are going to take care of them.” Heritage is truly a family inside and out and I am so proud to have found Heritage in 2021!!!

Professional, caring, supportive and informative staff. Never to busy to talk with me or visit my mom when necessary. I am extremely grateful and appreciate all the staff help, especially Amber and her coworker who cared for mom's hygiene needs each day. I know that was not easy. Leah's support when my mom passed will never be forgotten. The late night calls and visits from the nurses, to check on my mom gave me such peace of mind.The visits Kevin made to read the Bible and pray with my mom were so comforting. Thanks to Heritage Hospice my mom had the best care and encouragement possible. Thanks to each of you for your kindness!

Heritage Hospice has been so helpful and kind these last couple of years assisting my mother each week and preparing us along the way. The time your chaplain came and spent with her also was very meaningful to us. He seems to truly care. When the time drew close Destiny came and was absolutely wonderful and patient. She not only spent the time needed with my mom getting her set up but spent additional time with my families members who were very upset and unsure of the final process. She completely settled the nerves. So thankful for Destiny. She came back the next morning after she passed and again her kindness and patience was memorable. The chaplain Terrell Polite also, was amazing to our family. Not only did he visit and take time and make an effort to get to know her but when we asked him to do her service he not only agreed but did an absolutely amazing job. Went above and beyond. We received excellent care and communication throughout from everyone in your organization. These two just stood out as exemplary. Thank you so much for being there for us in our time of need!
