Terrible service. My daughter discharged from hospital 7 days ago and still no therapy has shown up to eval or treat her. It also took over 48 hours for a nurse to show up to do her admission. Not to mention no one answers the phone or has even called me to let me know what is going on. I work in healthcare and am very familiar with the process as I discharge patients to home health daily and never in my 13 years have I had this experience of services taking this long to get started. I will be sure to notify all my social workers in the area of this experience and that this is not where they should be sending patients
