The Best Folks!!! Our nurse is Cricket C and she is the kindest, most compassionate and is very knowledgeable about our needs. Even the pets love her!!! We feel blessed to have her and the Administrator Cindy is awesome with questions about Insurance and services… we look forward to her visits❣️

Refused to admit within 48 hours, nurse did not wash her hands or clean her equipment before providing care , nurse did not do a complete head to toe assessment, the nurse failed to communicate a change in health to the doctor, nurse brought her daughter to the visit. When I complained about these things nothing was done about it and no one called me back to start investigating the neglectful care. I reported this to the state and the state confirmed and validated my complaints. This is a horrible company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
