By far and away the worst communication and lack of scheduling ability from a home care agency I've ever seen.

Horrible scheduling no communication within the nurses and the home healthcare workers. I never knew when they were gonna show up they violated several of their own policies and when I called and talked to a supervisor, she told me I just need to go somewhere else. In fact, she said, I will tell your doctor that you need to go somewhere else And she told me I should not be upset because they failed to follow their own policies.

Very poor scheduling and communication among the staff. . Various nurses came out but were obviously inexperienced with seniors and wound care. There were a few exceptions for skilled nurses,..left message for the wound care specialist to discuss the poor scheduling and care and was blocked no return call.
