I had Enhabit for roughly the past two years until the other day. They were only slightly better than Christus Home Healthcare in that they didn't physically put me back in the hospital but I finally had to terminate their service also. I've had to ask several nurses to leave my house and not come back. I had to call their office to keep others from coming back. They had problems following instructions and directions, among other things. My security cameras catch everything pretty much. I realize Medicare probably doesn't pay that well on this. Maybe that's why some of the service was so bad. They have a few good nurses, but it's a poorly run business, so it negates most of the good they do. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Ask a lot of questions. You will be glad you did. Buyer beware.

After my experience with this company it's gonna be hard to trust nurses again. My mother in law had a Radical Mastectomy on July 9th she is 92 years old with wound care problems and she has a draintube she came home with. All was well until the next Tuesday. She woke up dry heaving and extremely weak. 3 phone calls and a visit from the RN in her area whose name is Roselyn who told me I was overreacting and the drainage which has now turned a dark cloudy almost coffee color and has quadrupled in output says she's fine. After hours I got the on-call nurse who said I needed to get her to the ER right away. So I called EMS she was admitted to the hospital and her surgeon said he was glad I brought her in b4 she went into septic shock. So we brought her home on Saturday. That's a long stay for someone who was fine. So I call the office Saturday to resume service on monday. They said they would add her and I said I did not want Roselyn back over here. It's not that she made a mistake it was the way she treated me and the way she dismissed me as being OVER THE TOP as she called it. So as of Monday morning I still had no call so I called the office they said she was just added in and Roselyn would be calling me. Once again I expressed my concerns about Roselyn coming back out. I'm not GONNA LIE I DID NOT WANT HER TOUCHING MY MOTHER IN LAW. I was told this was her area and because she is an RN she had to come out and her regular nurse would take over after that. So I stupidly agreed. From the first phone call from Roselyn I could tell a difference in her tone. She shows up at 300 and after a quick look over she told me to drain my mother in laws drain tube. I was already trying to get through the visit and be civil. So without thinking I go to it drain it and put it back. When I'm done she says you just contaminated the whole area by not putting gloves on, every other time I have. So Roselyn then ask me if I have any common sense? And proceeds to go on about it until I say Look you don't want to Go There with me you need to drop it. So then we talk about that Tuesday, I said I was glad I freaked out and called EMS to come get her because her surgeon said she could have went into septic shock. To where she says It's a good thing u didn't become a nurse or you would be freaking out all the time. Once again I said you need to drop this and the attitude. Then she starts going on about how she's not perfect and no one is. So I told her she needed to leave and I was calling her boss whose name is Megan. So I called Megan explained what happened and she said she would ask her to leave. Roselyn would not answer her phone she knew her boss was gonna call and she ignored the call. So I called Megan back she answered and said she's not answering so I went back in the house and put my phone on speaker so she could tell her to leave and call her when she gets in the car. Megan never called me back to apologize for her employess actions. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE FOLKS.

I'm currently having g nurses come to my house every other day for wound care. Absolutely extraordinary and knowledgeable staff. I don't have a single complaint. Really caring and able to deal with my stubborn ways. And I can't say enough about the physical therapy staff. A sweet "PT" LADY noticed an edema and contacted the office, and they had me an appointment made for the following day. An appt at a vascular clinic is hard to get. The Enhabit office actually scheduled an ultrasound at my residence. Name another home health that would do that. And still checking up on me late into that night. Well, I'm recovering from rotator cuff surgery, and Enhabit was my first and only choice for my physical therapy. And they have been fantastic. Juan, Taylor. And Donna has gotten me thru this. This had by far been the worst pain I've dealt with. Wow, is all I can say to describe the pain. But the PT has kept me thru the stiffness. This company is a Godsend.

Just completed "another" home health treatment. Absolutely recommend them. I have had numerous surgeries that they have tended to and it's always a great experience. I'll be seeing them again as I have 2 more up coming. surgeries. While I've had numerous different nurses and PT specialists I'd like to give a special shout out to Amanda! She has visited me the most. She's very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm gonna miss her til next time.

I just completed two weeks of rehab therapy with the folks out of the Tyler Office! They were very thorough and all of the representatives I worked with were good at their jobs. I would highly recommend any of them!
