This place is a joke!! I requested a caregiver and they informed me that “sure we have some in your area, no problem” you get insurance approval for them and “oops we can’t find anyone in your area “ very dissatisfied and would never refer anyone to them!!

Omg.. Ashley has been helpful the last two days, all this is new I’ve been confused on what to do. She has explained everything so patiently. She made sure that I had a full understanding and who I needed to call and what I needed to tell them when I called, five stars across-the-board she was very professional and a pleasure to speak with.

Every company has something about them that their employees don't like, communication is key to any success. If you follow company policies and procedures, no one should have any issues. If there is any discrepancies, let them know. The common goal for all is the clients and making sure they are taken care of. My experience has been pleasant with all aspects of the office and staff.

They lie about home health care provider services, they tell you they have you for you when in fact they do not, they keep doing this for weeks at a time, then the lady from the agency herself told me that she would be at my home at 8:00 am the next day to help me out, well she wasn't here by 10:30 am so I called her, she said I never said that, I said 10:30-11:30, I'll see you at 3:00. I'm like no thank you. Then she said I'll see you next week, this went on and on til I changed providers

I am a Caregiver and Power of Attorney for an 89 year old Woman who just started HH care w ith this Agency. This woman has Dementia and needs help with medication Management among other things. I cannot get a Nurse to call and/or show up! I have talked with Supervisor several times to try and resolve this problem to no avail. I rarely get a return call when leaving voice mail and cannot get Nurse to let me know a day/time he/she will arrive. I am Terminating services with this Agency. This 89 year old Woman who lives alone needs and deserves the Home Health care to which she is entitled and her Doctor has prescribed. So far, I have been doing the Agency's job. I intend to report this Agency's poor performance as well as lack of service to the State of Texas who certified them. I gave them a 1 Star rating only because a ZERO RATING was not an option. Do not use this Agency if you are Expecting professional on time care!
