I highly dont recommend this place as i had went in to get an ultrasound early in my pregnancy and Julie said she couldn't see anything in the sac and to come back a week later which i did and she told me she could see something there was no heartbeat so she recommended me to go get my levels checked to make sure nothing was going on which i did and my levels had risen. I called a few weeks later to see if she would allow me to come in for a repeat ultrasound to actually receive pictures since i had paid over $80 dollars for this and received nothing and they basically told me over the phone it was my fault for coming in "too early" and i risked not getting anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to have an sonogram on July 12, 2025 for an second opinion after being told I was having a miscarriage by the Er.Blessed that I did to find out I was 6wks and my baby had an heart beat. At the time I was only 6wks I wanted to get the gender testing done but was told by the gentleman and ultrasound tech the test could only be done at 8wks or more and I would be okay to pay 86.00 for it once I came back since I wasnt 8wks and had already paid for the sonogram. I called today at 10wks to get the gender testing done just to be told by the Owner Julia that it would now be 139.00 after even explaining that I was told to pay later by there employee it's not being honored. As a customer and expecting mom I'm in this belief that the owner wouldn't correct this situation by honoring what i was originally told by her employees. With this experience it seems that it's all about money and not quality service. Please get a clear understanding and something in writing if you go here for service because clearly they will not correct wrong information on there behalf.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit here at Sono Care of East Texas. I felt very welcomed and the technician was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. If you have other children they are welcome as well and there are areas for them to sit and play. The boutique is very nice and has a huge variety of items. Prices are great and worth it, if you are a first time mom or even just needing a sonogram for health problems then I definitely recommend them!!!

Came here in 2021 and had a great experience, however with my last pregnancy I told the tech we did not want to know the gender. She said “HE has his hands by HIS face”.. I tried to hope I was just hearing something but yep he was a boy. Really heartbreaking this surprise was ruined after I gave warning of it. And the pictures were not good quality :(
