They're taking care of my grandmother and they don't know what to do. The nurse yourself said she's not equipped to do any of this stuff that my grandmother needs. And you call the person in charge for Waco texas. And she says that it was not true. The nurses are not equipped to take care of the patients. But they keep sending them and expect them to do what they are not used to doing. Me personally I don't care for them.

These ppl are FAKE and snooty stuck on themselves. First off taking me FOREVER to finally get home health. I was approved for 3 hrs a day. And these ppl short on staff gave me 1 hr only came out 3 times. The rest more worried about taking pictures and not cleaning.At first I thought the worker was really wanting to get things done. Well I allowed them to take pictures of my home and they dropped me because they said my home is hazardous to the aid. The aid brought my outside trash can inside my house. I was looked down upon they didn't want to touch anything of mine. They made me feel like I was trash and better than me because way Im forced to live. Im disabled have mental issues LIVE ALONE lots health issues. I have been DONE WRONG BY THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY A DR. BOTCHED MY SURGERY NOW I CANT WALK.NOBODY WANTS TO HELP ME. I've been neglected, Injured and tossed back n forth. And im dirty haven't been able to wash clothes in awhile. They won't even let me bag up my dirty clothes and lining in a TRASH BAG so aid can not step foot in home and I sit it outside to get washed. I must have not met up with their standards. Don't count on these ppl for anything saying they going support me and call if I need anything HA YOU THINK Jeff !!!!!!

Im disabled and have mental issues. And it took forever to try get home health. They canceled my services because my home is hazardous to the worker. They took pictures never showed A.P.S WHEN he came he said put you on a list and wait. On my Check I can't afford to move and he said you can apply for projects. Im dirty my clothes been dirty for awhile. I asked them if I can put my clothes in a trash bag set it outside so aid come wash it lining to. THEY WON'T MEET ME HALFWAY

Very dissatisfied! My mom needed care and we had one visit in 2 weeks. We made multiple requests for a therapist to call and set up appts that were ordered my MD. No one even bothered to return our calls. So now 2 weeks after injury and we are desperately trying to find another company that will actually show up. Thumbs down on Accentcare!
