My mom is currently a patient under Bluebonnet care. She has multiple wounds to her lower extremities. This company actually told me that it’s not important to do routine care to these open wounds. So, they would schedule her wound care on Tuesday and Thursday and then would schedule us to be seen the next week on Thursday and Friday. They are the most unprofessional Home Health company I have ever seen. When I informed them that I worked for Home Health and Hospice and was a nurse they tried to fix it. Then all of a sudden they started right back with the same stuff and would continue to try to call my mom’s phone knowing she wouldn’t answer, to avoid me. We never knew when they were coming so we couldn’t base her showers around them. Being in the field the nurses should have their regular visits except for renewal times. Physical Therapy started then just stopped I’m sure they would blame the insurance. So disappointing and don’t trust them with your love ones.

I used Bluebonnet Home Care following surgery for colon cancer. Professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable care! The nurse in charge of my care was so very kind. She was quick to recognize a developing infection around my incision, called my surgeon and discussed it with him and made arrangements for him to see me quickly. She was extremely gentle when packing my incision. I feel that due to her capable skills I avoided further complications and hospital stay. Bluebonnet Home Care gets an A+ From me!

The staff was awesome. My wife had glioblastoma brain cancer. They were so helpful and caring up to the end. They gave me lots of great advise on how to care for her. They showed great compassion towards me and ask how I was doing and handling the situation. They were just wonderful. By the time the end came I felt like they were a part of my life. Special thanks to Lawrence, Julie, and Karen the ones that cared for her.

The entire staff are wonderful. They cared for my Father all the way to his passing. I cannot Express my gratitude enough for their Professionalism, Compassion, and Loving care he received. The nurses and his wonderful Social Worker were there for him as well as our family. Not everyone is suited to do this kind of work, however Bluebonnet has found and hired excellent employees.
