I want to express my sincere appreciation for the Centerwell Home Health staff in Waco, Texas. My father received services from a skilled nurse, two physical therapy assistants, and a social worker. I called and received help from the office staff who always answered the phone. They were all very kind and attentive. They made every effort to assist and care for my father. Given that my father can sometimes be a little challenging, I truly value their extra efforts in working with him. It is clear that they all care deeply about their patients and are dedicated to helping them maintain as much independence as possible in their homes. I also appreciate the open communication they maintained with me, as I am my father’s SDPOA and actively involved in his care. Kudos to your team!

The only reason it gets 1 star is because the nurse, Kenneth, actually communicated with us. Other than that, the experience was terrible. We are using them to care for my dad. They don’t communicate, PT never reached out and never showed up until we informed them we would be discontinuing their services. Services were expected the early part of the week, and we didn’t hear from anyone until Friday afternoon, AFTER we called them. If we weren’t here to advocate for our dad, he would not be getting the care he deserves. I have no doubt they wouldn’t want their family members to receive the kind of care our dad has received. If you are short staffed, communicate that, or better yet, don’t accept new patients. I recommend looking at other providers in the area if you are looking for care.

I chose, CenterWell Home Health, to assist me in recovering, from major back surgery. The admission and discharge Physical Therapist Supervisor, was pleasant, fascinating, informative and intelligent. The Physical Therapist healthcare’s provider, who worked with me, was also knowledgeable, respectful and, thoughtful. She taught me exercises, to strengthen my legs. She also helped me, to regain my balance and, aided me in learning to walk again. The nurses, who came to check my vitals, and checked my incision and changed my bandages, were engaging, considerate and, professional. The nurses, also answered all of my questions. They also helped me, with any advise, concerning my recovery. I was so impressed, with the Healthcare Providers, who came to my home. I received the best home healthcare and, I would never consider selecting a different provider.
