I had an unlikely experience with this home health regarding your nursing skills my mom has stage 5 renal disease and had a pubic catheter Place reason for us having Home Health nurses come out once a month to change out of 4 months of their services to of those I had to take my mom to the emergency room 2 times due the incorrect placement from the nurse RN causing her 2 go through pain to have it placed correctly by their staff my concern to the director of the nurses and reasons given by them that they would have to do more teaching for these nurses regarding placements of suprapubic catheters which really astounded me because they are already trained our ends in the field why we train them this in-services meetings when this is part of their jobs I had to speak for my mom and say something needs to be done I only got calls after these incidents happened no calls to even check to see beyond is how my mom was doing feeling good there was not good communication with their services feeling unhappy about these company hashtag concerned daughter

Everyone seems to like this agency. I have not had such a great experience. My dad lives in an assisted living. Whenever he was transferred over to the assisted living from the nursing home, this company was assigned to him for PT. We rarely, if ever heard from them. We had to chase them down. The rare occasion I talked to one of the therapists, she said that she saw that my dad's cognition was not good, and that he could be a danger to himself in the home environment. She told me she would get a cognitive review done. Well I guess they did, but I never got any feedback about anything. No calls, no updates. Nothing. They just logged their time on a sheet. I called again yesterday and have not heard back (today is Friday 8:56pm). I am "beyond" frustrated. Then today the therapist tells my dad that she will be discharging him and he can go back home. I have no idea about the care they gave my dad. I'm sure the care was good, but I'll never know. They need to improve their communication. FOLLOW UP 03/09/19 I did get a call from one of the therapists. She was very kind. She did NOT tell Dad he could leave. I should have figured that Dad would be adding to the story. He does have dementia. However, I have not yet heard from anyone else. The thing that needs to improve with this company is their communication.

We just met with Lacy, the RN and she was amazing! So caring, educated, informative, patient and compassionate! She took care of my father's wound on his leg and broken toe. My father LOVED her! So, so happy Beyond Faith sent Lacy to take care of my father! I would HIGHLY recommend Beyond Faith to take care of your LOVED one!
