Visit to the e.r. last night. The staff was wonderful but the P.A. needs a refresher course in patient assessment and care. Walked in the room and left, didn't touch me. Prescription for Cipro. Here it is at 11:00 the next morning and my infection is loving it! 0 stars for the P.A. 4 stars for the nurses.

Came in there with back pain. I was given two shots and a prescription for muscle relaxers. The provider who wrote my prescription didn't date the paper, put the mg, or quantity of the Medication. I was unable to get the script filled due to this. I usually try to avoid going to the hospital but it's the only choice I had at the time. 0/10 do no recommend

Was not treated like a human being. Went in there looking for maybe an antibiotic shot, NOT a pain shot, for my severely abscessed tooth. Was treated like a drug seeker. I told them I wouldn't be able to pick up the script (antibiotic) they called in for 2 days. I looked down at my paper and talked to myself, "I don't know how I'm going to go pick this up.." The nurse responded, "Ok, bye." That was rude. She didn't have to say anything. It made me feel like a speck of dirt.

Came in with a high fever and dehydrated. Every person who helped me were amazing. This is the best care I've ever received. The nurses, staff and everyone busted their butts to get me better quick. The staff is amazing and truly care about the well being of there patients. ❤️ I would go here over Abilene or San Angelo anytime 😊. A special thanks to Dr. McKinnin for getting we well and all the awesome nurses backing him up.

This was ABSOLUTELY the worst hospital we have EVERY been to! My seventeen year old daughter was sent in from her doctor for dehydration, headache, nausea and to have several tests done. The lack of professionalism and bed side manner is shocking! This experience not only has made us very hesitate to ever go to a smaller hospital like this just because the rules and regulations must be alot different from the normal, but we are now looking into changing doctors just because of this experience. I highly recommend you driving to Abilene or San Angelo just to get proper treatment. We will never go back to this hospital regardless of the situation.
