My parents have been with AFI for 9 months and I have been so impressed with them! They provided kind, loving and constant comfort for my father during his final days. They were prompt in responding when he passed and provided comfort and compassion to our family. My mother is still with AFI and they alert me when they have any concerns about her health and comfort. The nurses are very personable and treat their patients and their families like family. They are accurate in their treatments and are prompt at ordering equipment. The chaplain and social worker are also very genuine and make our family feel important and loved. I have been thoroughly impressed with everything about AFI.

Garbage company, can't handle simple tasks like calling out medical staff when there is an emergency. They also review themselves on Google to boost their rating. Like the review from someone named "pheasant view" what a strange name for a company that serves a city called pleasant view.

DON'T USE AFI. JUST DON'T. I can't even begin to explain the terrible experience we just had with AFI. They give you a 24 hour phone number...that goes to voicemail for over an hour (after your grandpa passes away, and your grandma holds his hand and is upset for two hours because no one shows up). Their nursing service is also supposed to be 24 hour, but after they say they will follow up with you, and grandpa is writhing in pain...they don't, and they don't answer phone calls and you are left on your own. I HIGHLY recommend you go with anyone else. AFI is not set up properly (HELLO - purchase an answering service!!!) or organized enough to help you. I found out the hard way...I hope to help you make a better decision, because my bad decision of choosing AFI will haunt me the rest of my life.
