I see Dr. Lloyd and he is a fantastic doctor. This is an awesome office all around actually, from the receptionists, the medical assistants, nurses, and doctors are great and incredibly helpful. Dr. Lloyd makes me feel heard and feel like he is actually trying to help me instead of throwing all kinds of meds at me without listening. He takes extra time with me and never makes me feel rushed. My mental and physical health have already improved overall since starting at this clinic. Highly recommend.

I’d give this zero stars if I could. Never have I tried to contact a Dr office and not received a response. My husband went last week for care in hopes to find a new primary physician that would care about his medical needs. His visit last week was standard and they discussed his prescription needs. I contacted them this week (10/8) because his health wasn’t doing well and all I got was the option to leave a voicemail for the medical assistant. I hoped they understand the urgency but I have yet to get a call back. We had to go to the emergency room instead. It’s safe to say we will not be back to this office and they do not have a genuine concern for their patients. Update: 10/13 My husband got a call today. It’s crazy to me that you’re saying you didn’t call me because you can’t discuss anything with me, but I distinctly said in my message to give me a call back or call my husband. The medical assistant could have easily given him a call to see how you guys could help. I gave you all of his info on the message and he needed help. At least take ownership for your neglect. Let’s also note that you got back to my husband TODAY after seeing a poor review not because you wanted to help him and valued the message I left on his behalf.

Update: office manager called within 20 min. They were able to locate the hippa release form my son signed and now I am now able to pick up the test results. It was a lag in input from the system. Although a bit of a hassle, I do appreciate the office manager for looking into the issue and rectifying it in a timely manner. I do believe the office manager did try to do everything in their power to help solve an issue when things are not as smooth as it should. I have high hopes for this place and want to continue coming to this location not only because of their great providers but also because I know the office staff will do their very best to rectify something that was out of my control.

I've been going to Dr Sharp for a few years as needed. At this point, I just need to get prescriptions refilled. They wouldn't renew my prescription without a visit and they charged me $260 for the visit. My insurance wouldn't cover it as a yearly visit, and Dr Sharp's office just said that they don't deal with the costs or the billing. If you want an example of why medical costs are so high, this is a pretty good indication. I'm going to be looking elsewhere for medical care.

The gentleman that weighed me and took my blood pressure is always so friendly, kind and professional. Amanda Hood NP is amazing! She is very thorough and attentive. She is pro active and listens to my concerns. I trust her and feel a connection. I have sent all my family and friends to see her because of that trust. Thank you Revere Health for taking such good care of my medical needs.
