Stay away from this company. They do not care about you as a whole person. They create confusion and take away you rights to say no. They are unsafe for someone with PTSD. They create confusion and do not respect your wishes or your own doctors wishes. They force their agenda and force you see their own choice of doctors making appointments with other doctors against. Even my own doctors said they do this and they are difficult to work with. My feelings are they are scamming Medicare

Encompass home hospice was a great company to work with. All of the nurses we dealt with were very professional and compassionate. Loved the aid Rachel she was so sweet with my brother. And Chris the social worker was exceptional! I would have liked the same nurse dealing with us throughout our process instead of seeing a lot of different nurses, but all of them were really great!
