I had 2 nurses come out for my initial visit. I was told that one of them would be coming back to see me once a week for 3 weeks. I never heard from or seen one again! I had just had a major back surgery and was a high risk for infection. I received a call about 3 weeks later, to inquire how their service was doing? I told her I hadn't seen a nurse since my evaluation. That I was going for my follow up with my surgeon in 2 days and would not need them after that. The next day a nurse called and wanted to come see me that day. I basically said a little too late! I did have a very nice O.T. come evaluate me, but I didn't need her. My P.T. was okay but a little pushy that made me uncomfortable. Don't take that as bad, just a personality issue. He was extremely reliable and knew his stuff. I would NOT recommend them and will NEVER use them again!

Horrible experience uncompassionate nurses, gossiping, being rough with my dad in the shower. One nurse said she came out and showered him when she never even showed up and lied about it then finally came clean. Supevisors are horrible too. Make excuses and no accountability.
