Renew hospice has been wonderful to work with, actually we can't praise them enough. We felt love and compassion and relied on their expertise from their entire team. The nurses (thank you Jaycee, Rochelle and Shauna) were quick to answer our questions and respond in person and by text. They didn't miss a thing. We were surprised at how fast our father slipped away, and with their help he was able to be out of pain and keep his dignity. We had the best of both worlds, skilled medical help and compassion. So very grateful we chose to work with Renew for the last two weeks of our father's life.

Liz Cole is truly an incredibly amazing human being! She's got a huge heart and is just not a CNA, but a friend and comfort. When she walks into the room, everyone lights up. I have been so very impressed with Liz Cole. She was the hospice aid for my mom before she passed and has been the aide for my aunt for many months. She is compassionate, gentle, and cares for her residents like they were her own family. She sees my aunt every day and is detailed in every way with her care. She was the same way with my mom. If there is the best of the best for hospice aides she is it!

Liz Cole was my dad’s CNA when he was living in memory care. She gave my dad great care and she genuinely cared about him. She was patient and kind with him, even when he didn’t want to do something like shower. I highly recommend her and Renew, and I’m grateful we became friends through her care of my dad.

Renew has been caring for my mom for several months now and every member of their team has been fantastic, we adore all of them. Each nurse has been so loving and caring. I do specifically want to give a shout out to our current nurse Jaycee. She has become a member of the family, she goes above and beyond answering calls, texts, comes to check on not only her patient, my mom but also, my Dad, me and my siblings often on her own time. She has so much genuine love and compassion, paired with knowledge and professionalism. We could not ask for a better friend, caregiver and guide through these emotional and difficult stages of life with our sweet mom. Jaycee truly gives her all to our entire family.
