They provide poor service!! They have been taking care of my grandpa who is 88 Y/O for approximately 2 months. The best I could say about them is their service is below average. The nurses have attitudes and are very short with not just me but also my grandfather. I suggest anyone thinking about using this company to assist in caring for a loved one. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACKS TRAINING AND CARE NECESSARY IN DEALING WITH ELDERLY!! If I could give a MINUS 5- star review I would. Unfortunately Google does not have that option.

The physical therapists and CNAs were all terrific and some went above and beyond what they were required to do. They were knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. The food was good in general but sometimes was not tasty. Since l had to spend a lot of time in bed, it would have been nice to have a clearer picture on the tv. Management was efficient and responsive. My only complaint with therapy is that it could have started sooner.

Josh was my first contact of the PT and was very nice and helped me with some exercises. He also assign a PT by the name of Jerry to see me. I was impressed with him also. He gave me some new exercises too. He explained what each exercises would accomplish. Both men were easy to work with. Now it’s up to me to do what I’ve been taught.
