My nurse, physical therapist and occupational therapist have been wonderful during several admissions over the years. Recently, the social worker didn't follow-up and at the last minute dropped everything on me to coordinate re-admission to a skilled nursing facility on my own. In the past, the hospice service completely dropped the ball when my father was passing away. The hospice nurse just showed up once and said, "Let me know when he dies." I think there is a reason why many of their best clinicians are also working for Symbi now.

My mother recently was recently hospitalized with a health problem and when she was released she came home on hospice. We called Valeo Hospice and they jumped on it and put together a team very quickly that was beyond amazing. Britanie especially went the second mile and filled in with personal care immediately that the family couldn't provide. Their kindness and caring shown my mother and our family was very professional in every way and beyond what we could have realistically expected on such a short notice. I can not say enough about the care givers that came into her home and took care of her for the two weeks before her passing. Words cannot express my gratitude to them. Thank you so much!

I want to start off by saying most of the Nurses were AMAZING. BUT she was not treated the way she should have been. We had to make sure day by day that her appointments were made. On holidays I was a fight to get someone here to change my Mom's Wound Vac, On one holiday the Nurse that was off for the day was called and told he had to come to her house while off with his Family (Totally Unacceptable in my Book) It should have never been my Mom's responsibility to make sure that they had a Nurse coming out her to attend to her. They stated multipole times they were not given any orders, so I had to start having them give them to me a the same time they sent it in. The 1st wound vac we got was defective & they just kept making excuse after excuse as to why it wouldn't work. I called them one night in the middle of the night cause the machine would not stop beeping, THEY TOLD ME TO JUST TURN IT OFF TELL MORNING!! WTF?? I called the 800 number for 3M, they ran me through all kinds of tests on the Machine & that is how we found out it was defective. 3M personally came out & replaced the Machine & told us that the one she had was defective. When it came to ordering supplies it was horrible, It was so bad that the Wound Clinic wanted us to change Home Health Companies, But it was hard enough to get nurses that My Mom was comfortable with. It took months to get supplies coming in correctly. When it came to Physical Therapy I questioned why they were only coming in once a week & was told that was all she needed. Some weeks they didn't even come at all. Some days they would only be here for 5 minutes at a time. There were never any goals set for my Mom to achieve. We are almost 1 year since her Surgery and she is still struggling to get better. She is worse now than before her Surgery needless to say she has never been given any Goals to work towards let alone someone to give her the Guidance she should have had since day one. This was the most frustrating place to ever work with!!! I will never recommend them to anyone!! The HELL MY MOM WENT THROUGH WAS NOT FAIR!!!

Valeo Home Health did an amazing job with my rehab post TKR. G was great to reach out and make sure that the time she had set up worked for me. She provided alternate exercises If I wasn’t able to complete the prescribed quite yet. I improved drastically in a short amount of time listening to what she was telling me to do. I would highly recommend using their services for your post surgery rehab. Request G if your able to! She is amazing to work with!

Valeo helped me with my home care after my full knee replacement. The second night home I ran a high fever and nurse Jonathan rushed to my house to check on me in person. He was awesome and called my doctor and helped me and my husband feel comfortable. G, was my PT, and she was amazing. We became friends in our short 5 visits. I really felt like she cared about me and my recovery. She always had my back and kept in close contact with me with my continuing fever. She really knew what exercises I needed and has given me the best jump start to my full recovery. I would highly recommend valeo to all my family and friends. They are very professional and knowledgeable.
