Lack of communication, lack of knowledge. Had to switch my daughters oxygen supply to a crappy company because Intermountain home health no longer take traditional Medicaid for oxygen I was told she could still use her pulse ox through them and even renewed the prescription, no they are trying to take it back without telling me saying because they don’t know if she is on oxygen since they don’t supply her oxygen and then I was told it was an error I can keep it through them just to have someone else call me couple days later saying no they can’t but want me to get it through the crappy outdated equipment place. Obviously if her Dr says she is on oxygen and needs the pulse ox that is proof enough she needs it. Shaddy and unprofessional!

Kim on the Entral nutrition side has been amazing with me. It’s hard when insurance gets messed up. I have to advocate for myself a lot. She has made this process so much easier. I've been ordering medical supplies from Intermountain Homecare and Hospice every month for three years. In 32 months, I've only had one or two issues with my order, which were resolved quickly each time. The people who take my order are knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, discreet. This morning, I spoke with Tyler about an order I recently placed, and he was extremely polite and helpful. There's another person I often talk to, and although I can't recall her name (it just slipped my mind), she has a beautiful accent and is always a pleasure to speak to. While I wish my order could be filled automatically without me having to call every month, I appreciate how quickly and efficiently my order is processed. The average time it takes to call and place my order is 1.5 minutes. I highly recommend Intermountain Homecare and Hospice for all your medical supply needs.

OVERVIEW - 4.25 Came here during my lunch break to pick up a nebulizer for my daughter. LOCATION - 4 They have a decent location along Redwood Road there in South Jordan. It is hard to tell though, in a moving vehicle which side is the main entrance. Just by pure luck and overshooting the entrance I picked the correct "Main Entrance" PRICE - N/A My insurance paid for the device, so I'm not sure, no doubt that it is outlandishly priced. PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 The nebulizer so far has worked fine. (Granted it is only the first day). I was given additional details on how to care for the device to keep it in running condition for its warranted five years. POINTERS/PERKS - 5 Sign in at the kiosk outside the main entrance, because they won't bother to attend you if you don't sign in. EMPLOYEES - 3 I wasn't too impressed with the woman that assisted me. I think her name was Christina. I first walked in and she told me I had to sign in at the kiosk. Then when I came back after filling out the information. I waited while she pulled up information (at least I assume she did, she never walked me through what she was doing). Then I was told to wait as another employee emerged from the back hall. Then they both disappeared with no information what where they were going or what they'd be doing, just a we'll be back. While she may have not been that great on customer service, she did a good job explain the use and care for the nebulizer.
