After my surgery, I couldn't have had a better home experience. Matt signed me in with courtesy and professionalizm, Tony the nurse was great and extremely helpful, while Abby assisted in my physical therapy. Everybody was friendly, caring, and professional. It was a great service. Thank you to all. I highly recommend True North.

True North was really on the ball. Physical Therapist Matt was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Most importantly, he and his assistant Abbey were able to get my back on my feet and helped me accomplish my goals after surgery with as little discomfort or inconvenience as possible. Nurse Heather was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you!

The nurse and physical therapists were fabulous. Matt was the physical therapist and he is amazing. He was real interested with my progress. Abby came once to fill in for Matt and she was also great. Thanks so much for all you did for me.

I felt coerced to do this review: True North home health was assigned to me after my recent surgery. I think overall they did a pretty good job. I am not giving 5 stars because of a couple reasons. The first visit, 2 days after my surgery, it felt like I was the one helping the nurses, instead of the other way around. I had to leave my bed to go upstairs and get them my discharge instructions, sign some paperwork etc. They did change my surgical dressing, however I will say the dressing they placed on me was very sticky and uncomfortable to peel off later. The nurses came about once a week and changed my dressing, took my vitals, and addressed any concerns. I hit my out of pocket max with my insurance so this service, which should be of no cost to me. I don’t think I would ever pay out of pocket for this kind of service in the future, but it is there and available for those who would need home visits and in that instance I would recommend True North as the nurses were kind and attentive. An improvement, would be, to supply the patient with a set of surgical dressings that aren’t so hard to peel off. As, I was instructed to change my dressings every 3 hours. Thanks.

I absolutely loved my care with True North Health. Matt and Abbey were my PT’s - Abbey was AMAZING - she was in tune with me and my needs, answered and explained everything she did. Nate was my nurse - he was awesome and he also answered and explained everything he did. I am truly impressed with True North. I felt like I was truly taken care of - Thank You ❤️❤️
