I am beyond impressed with Canyon Home Health! Over Labor Day weekend, we were in St. George with my 85-year-old mother, who is a Canyon Home Health patient in Springville. Unfortunately, I had forgotten her wheelchair, and we were planning to take family pictures at Snow Canyon. I reached out to Amy, the director for the Utah County area, and explained our situation. She immediately connected me with Doug, the St. George director, who went above and beyond. Within 30 minutes, he had a wheelchair ready and met us for pick up and even personally drove it to our rental unit at Desert Color—on Labor Day to pick it up when we were finished with it! I cannot say enough about the dedication and compassion shown by both the Utah County and St. George Canyon Home Health and Hospice teams. They truly went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. If you’re looking for a team of remarkable, caring people to support your loved one, I highly recommend Canyon Home Health and Hospice. Lily is the very best. She is kind and very beautiful in spirit and looks!!!! I have always felt that she is professional in her approach to medicine and always puts the patient first. I hope Canyon knows what they have and I really hope they take good care of Lilly.

My sweet Granny lives in St. George and I live in SLC. She had fallen 3x within 24 hours and was in a lot of pain. I knew she needed care asap but I was unable to get down there in a timely manner. I made a phone call and spoke with Anna in Central Intake. She was extremely helpful, kind and courteous. The Executive Director even called me personally to let me know the steps that needed to be taken in order to get care started for her. Between the doctors office and Intake my Granny was seen within only hours of me placing the phone call for help. THANK YOU is not enough for what you've done for my dear loved one and for my emotional well being! My Granny stated that she loves her nurse and that she was very compassionate and caring. I highly recommend this hospice for your loved one!
