Update despite their new aide not able use the community gate properly, RMPC refuses to provide a gate opener remote so can have the property manager program it. Instead they expect us the client to provide them with a gate opener. Nice. Even better they wanted us to provide multiple gate openers. Apparently they can't hand off among their team. So bogus and arrogant...Then their former aide apparently just quit leaving my mom in a lurch without an aide this week. I live at home but work full time so only so much I can do during the day. My employer doesn't provide eldercare benefits which are common at technology companies so employees can focus on their work...A year ago a home healthcare supervisor falsely claimed wasn't paying the bills threatened to stop home healthcare aide service to my ailing Mom demanding us to pay $6,000 or else. Turns out they had cashed 2 checks totaling $8,000 to cover the last 3 months bill. So actually we had a $2,000 credit. As a result cannot recommend them. My Mom has been a client since last year more than six months have paid the bill usually. To threaten to cutoff service is unconscionable. Supervisors should check with their billing manager before making false accusations threatening to cutoff providing home healthcare service....Fortunately the aides are very nice to my elderly Mom who can be a difficult person. Unfortunately too RMPC is not able to provide 24 x 7 care as at one point my Mom needed it before she got stabilized. You'd think management could get some temp staff for 24 x 7 coverage.
