Not impressed at all. The office staff needs to stop acting like high schoolers and And act more professional, and stop giving their little pals preferences over jobs

My mom had a caregiver that would take my mom out and go do her own errands. Then the caregiver would tell me my mom is saying that we never let her go outside or do things. My mother would want a bath before going out but the caregiver took her out first. I think the caregiver wanted to sun bathe. Then the caregiver was trying to get into my mom's financial stuff which the caregiver said my mom asked her for help but I don't believe that. The caregiver was trying to put a wedge in between my mom and the family. Not going to happen I am going with the vnh

**there should be a zero star rating, or better yet a negative star rating** "Supposed to" provide care for my mother in law, emphasis on the "supposed to" However every other client is more important than her, when staff calls in, there is no replacement staff, on the rare occasion there is a replacement it is not for entire scheduled shift, nor any "make-up hours" or staff just does not show up. so other arrangements have to be made, such as my wife not being able to uphold her obligations to her job or having to reschedule her own doctor's appointments. Some staff members are more into their cell phones than providing the job tasks assigned. Case workers are too busy trying to blame covid and the economy for the lack of staffing The list goes on and on and on. I would love to see a publicly available audit as to how many hours of care they are paid for versus how much they actually provide. Update 8/23/22 Emailed as asked to, and provided information, yet no one has contacted to "follow up" on our issue. And yet it still continues. "Staff not available to fill shifts"

I had Liz come out for a Physical Therapy visit after I severely injured my lower leg. She was excellent and gave me incredibly helpful pointers on various ways to improve my living situation, including different fall risks I had previously not noticed. I deeply appreciate their help, and I am glad that they have people like Liz on their team.

I recently had a total knee replacement on my right knee (July 2012). This is my second knee replacement I have had (My left knee was done in May 2012). My first knee replacement was serviced by "another agency" in Rutland which provided nursing and Physical therapy services. I was not quite satisfied with the level of care and decided with my right knee to give Bayada a chance. WOW! A complete night and day difference. I had separate visiting nurses and Physical Therapy staff visit my home. Two people who were always on time where the "other agency" sent one person who was frequently late. One single session from the Physical Therapist exceeded all TEN sessions I had received from the "other agency". I had no idea what a really great Physical Therapist could do for me. I am very very pleased and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bayada services. The quality of care and services was tenfold better then the "other" agency in Rutland, VT. I have received more Physical Therapy and at a much higher level. The nurses and the PT Therapist were always on time and prompt. The "other agency" was normally late and without any phone calls (at times 2 hours late) which made them unreliable. If you are placed in a situation where you require services and want quality I would not hesitate to contact Bayada again. Excellent Service! Highly Recommended! A valued service which I am happy to pay for with my insurance. BEST Physical Therapist services that I have received.
