This agency is a scam. I needed them for skilled nursing services and they were trying to get force me to get home health care services. I already had these services from another agency which gave my caretakers better benefits. They gave me 4 visits and tried to make me sign a blank discharge form. I was approved for 12 visits however the administrator Mahler denied the request because they could not get full services from me. Beware of this scandalous company.
