My mother was placed in a terrible rehabilitation facility, and I felt completely helpless. She called me throughout the day, pleading for me to get her out of there, and I didn’t know where to turn or what steps to take. I reached out to Domain Medical and explained the situation, including the conditions of the facility she had been sent to. The manager listened with urgency and told me, “Give me five minutes.” Within thirty minutes, he had arranged a transfer for my mother to a significantly better rehabilitation center. By 6:00 p.m. that same day, she was safely moved and settled into the new facility. There are truly no words to express my gratitude for how quickly Domain Medical stepped in and advocated for my mother. Their professionalism, compassion, and swift action made all the difference during an overwhelming and emotional situation.

If I could give zero stars I would. Domain was hired to simply come change my dads catheter once a month and order his supplies to do so. Supplies have been ordered one time in 6 months and only ordered enough for a couple of weeks. Never made follow up appointments, I have to call them. It takes anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks to get a call back. Reception staff is very rude, does not take call back numbers so who knows if messages are even given. Filing a formal complaint. They need to be shut down asap. Who knows how many using their services are being neglected.
