My mom was hospitalized for a month, she was very weak and unable to walk after the discharge. I decided to contact Home Healthcare to start my mom's rehab at home. I am very pleased with the help my mom has received from the company: The PT, OT and Home Aid are doing a great job helping my mom to recover her mobility and confidence. The three of them are professional, caring and knowledgeable, they are a great team! The administrative staff is great too, they are doing all the necessary with the insurance so my mom can receive the service she need. For all the above I highly recommend Sunshine Home Healthcare.

I saw that Sunshine Home Care gets 5 stars on many websites but I also know that Sunshine Care removed bad reviews and I don't want anyone to go through what my family has with them. My family member hired Sunshine Home Care. We were supposed to have an occupational therapist, physical therapist, and speech therapist. And right from the beginning, we never had a speech therapist, they were "never available" and nobody ever was helpful for getting us one. We called many many times to try to figure this out and nobody helped, ever. Finally, we fired that company because they were not providing the care we needed even though we were promised care. A couple weeks later, they called to ask why we fired them. We began telling them all about everything that happened with not having a speech therapist and not getting the help or care we needed and guess what they did, THEY HUNG UP ON US mid story. Not only is this extremely rude and unprofessional but it tells me everything I need to know about this company and their inability to provide the services they promise.

This company was terrible! They remove all bad reviews. The “boss” is very unprofessional. It’s very unorganized & isn’t run well. Seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing/how to run home healthcare. The staff that works there/ did work there was great. But something about the office staff & higher ups that is awful. There’s plenty more wayyy better home- healthcare facilities to go to. I wouldn’t recommend. Would give no stars if I could.

Where to start, one of the best Home care company. I looked them up on Medicare website for my mother PT and OT needs, from the beginning the communication was good between therapist and my mother. Want to give full credit to Hamid the PT therapist. He was very good explaining what he was going to do and took his time, never rushed. Will highly recommend him to others. I will recommend Sunshine for therapy needs. Thank you everyone who was involved in my mother care.

Sunshine provided my family member (who has Parkinson’s) with absolutely excellent care! I was so happy with the home nurse and therapists, and they even taught me and my family techniques on how to best take care of my loved one. I’m so thankful that our neurologist referred us to Sunshine. We had other home health companies come out before, but none of them measured up to the professionalism and genuine care of the Sunshine team. Highly recommend Sunshine if you or your family member are ever in a situation needing home health care.
