Working part-time as a Spiritual Care Coordinator with this hospice company for the past two-years has been a deeply meaningful experience. The professionalism, compassion, and integrity of the clinical staff are evident in every interaction with our patients and families. Nurses, aides, social workers, and the other Spiritual Care Coordinators on our team consistently show up with skill, tenderness, and a genuine commitment to honoring each person’s dignity at the end of life. Equally impressive is the strength of the support staff. The administration operates with clarity, responsiveness, and care, ensuring that the work on the front lines is fully supported. There is a clear sense that everyone is respected and valued as part of the same mission. Leadership sets the tone. The CEO and owner leads with vision, accessibility, and a sincere concern for both patients and staff. That kind of leadership creates a culture of trust, collaboration, and shared purpose. This is a hospice that truly lives its slogan: “Just because we care.” It’s not just a phrase. It’s a daily practice, reflected in the way people work, communicate, and show up for one another and for those we serve. I’m grateful to be part of a team where care is not only promised, but consistently lived out.

As a nurse, this is by far the best company I've ever worked for. They value quality over quantity in regards to patient care and it's honestly refreshing.

I cannot express enough how great these folks are. My wife was tended to by the home health side for a few months and then sadly, had to transition to the hospice side. The staff on both sides were amazing. They were caring, compassionate, loving, and attentive to the needs of my family. If you are in need of services like this, these are the folks for you.

Please avoid this company at all costs! These people are unprofessional, disorganized, and they lie right to your face. There’s red flags everywhere. When my mother was admitted, I was told she would be getting 2 RN visits a week and 1 with the aid. This is low for hospice and I didn’t know better, but still that didn’t feel right. When I met the director of nurses, she was going to schedule more visits, but it was too late at that point and I wanted to transfer my mother. So Nayar was short staffed when my mom was admitted and apparently recently they had hired several new people. I know this because they told me they were new. So what happened to your old staff?? Where did those people go and what caused them to leave? Red flag. So I am my mother’s only caregiver with no family around so I’m basically trying to do everything myself with the advice of people I trust in the medical field. I am under an enormous amount of stress and I have my own health issues. My mother is dying right now so I am very overwhelmed and having a hard time focusing. I’ve had to ask a lot of questions and I’ve needed a lot of help because I am not in the medical field. Changing briefs and wound care isn’t something you just learn after a few hospice visits, it takes time. I’m not stupid, I can tell that this became irritating to the people that were supposed to be helping us. I understand if you’re burnt out, but you need to be professional. You also don’t always know when people are coming over unless you reach out to them first. There’s a lack of communication with that. This is an example of lack of communication, the chaplain came by my house without calling me first at a very bad time. I don’t know what the thought process was, but my guess is he didn’t call first in case I declined the visit because they’re supposed to visit within 5 days apparently. I answered the door and I wasn’t happy, this seemed to offend him and he literally told me he was there to check off his box because he needed to visit within 5 days. Who says that to someone? Again my mother is dying and this is what Nayar’s chaplain says to me. Then the aid, this is someone that came into my house and took care of my mother and this person lied to my face. She blew up an air mattress and left it on top of the other mattress on the bed, I asked about this and she told me the other mattress didn’t need to be taken off. Then she leaves and my mother could’ve potentially fallen off the bed. Then she comes back and acts like she told me she was coming back to remove the other mattress. That doesn’t even make sense. If you made a mistake, why act like it was me that misunderstood you? I knew this was wrong and didn’t say anything because I’m not arguing with you in my house, but I’m making note of it. That wasn’t the only lie she told either. She told the director of nurses that she changed my mother’s wound bandage, but she didn’t, when I dressed my mother’s wound the other day, my wonky looking bandage was still on her pressure sore. Again why lie? And what do I have to gain with lying about this group? Nothing. It’s been a nightmare. This isn’t even everything that we’ve dealt with and I’ve been holding my tongue just to leave this review. It’s very stressful to go through the transfer from one hospice group to another so I wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t that bad. So what I have here is my word against their’s and I’m certain that the blame will be put on me for whatever is going wrong. That’s fine, but I needed to get this out and I have absolutely no reason to lie. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out there’s something wrong with a company that has to replace several workers all at once. I do not want to be contacted by Nayar in any way, shape or form ever again. I’m putting a lot of sensitive stuff out, but I do not care, it needed to be said. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life.

Great home health, Tammy is the best. We have been working with Tammy for several months and she’s always positive about how we are doing. The company is very supportive in our care. We will work with them again if need too.
