I had such a great experience with this team! From the start, they were incredibly supportive, answering all my questions with patience and care. The whole process was smooth, and it was clear they truly prioritize people’s well-being. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism with genuine compassion, but they do it effortlessly. I’m beyond grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality healthcare services.

When my dad came out of rehab after surgery in early 2022, the rehab place recommended Best Health for dad's physical therapy. Dad received therapy from Best for almost a year, and we were very happy and pleased with the care and professionalism with which the therapists (Irene and then Ian) treated dad. Dad is once again (2024) receiving therapy from Best Health, and we couldn't be more pleased. Dad is going on 10 years with Alzheimer's/Parkinson's but thanks to the physical therapy he receives from Best Health, his physical condition is stable, his muscles haven't atrophied and (thankfully) he's not bed ridden. We do not use Best Health for a personal care assistant so I can't speak to that, but as far as physical therapy, I highly recommend Best Health.

They don’t even deserve my 1 star. If there are other options, I will rate lower. I had a tough week with this agency, everyone be aware of this company. My grandma stay with this company for 10 years. She has mental problem, disability and can’t taking care of herself. Last week, her aid went out of the country, we request a moth before if they can provide someone who can speak our language, they didn’t have one so we want to transfer to another agency. They tried to gave us hard time by delaying in release documents to another agency, for almost the whole month until the aid left last week. They stop giving the services to my grandma plus stop communicating with us and refuse to transfer documents still. My disability grandma has no one to taking care of, and me, an 8 months pregnant woman with a ASD toddler has to stop working and stayed with her for 4 days and I have to take my toddler with me because the school closed due to the weather. My job will fire me if I take more than 4 days off and I already got warning. I made totally 87 calls everywhere in 4 days and even begging them for help but hopeless, they won’t answer and they said I have to submit the timesheet of the aid (not my job) and they will do the final review ????? Excuse me, this is your employee and you told me to submit his timesheet ???? I finally have to call 911 today because I can’t lift my grandma up bc I am so heavy and both of us felt. I call United Healthcare and crying for help and they finally jump in. UH called them and they still don’t pick up the phone and then fax the documents. I feel so bad for myself, my ASD toddler and my 90 years old grandmother the last 4 days. I couldn’t believe that people who work in healthcare service, the job that is supposed to help other people can be like that. Please people, if you feel you are not kind enough, close your business, you guys don't deserve this job.

I had surgery on my left foot and was having difficulty getting around on crutches and a walker. I could use my knee scooter in the house to move around, but going up and down steps to get in and out of the house was almost impossible for me. My doctor recommended some in-home physical therapy, and I chose Best Health Care Services. Once the company received the doctor’s referral, they quickly got insurance approval. They called to schedule my first visit, and Iain arrived the next day. I can’t say enough good things about Iain. He has a very positive attitude, is caring and understating and made every effort to encourage me to use the crutches to get out of the house. Using crutches to get to our second floor (where the good shower is) was very hard for me because the stairs are quite steep. Iain agreed that going up the stairs on my butt was a perfectly acceptable solution. The important thing was to safely get upstairs to get a refreshing shower. Whatever I was most comfortable with, was perfectly OK. Iain suggested exercises to strengthen my right leg, which wasn’t getting much use. When I commented on the poor balance I have standing on my left leg, he incorporated exercises to strengthen that leg. I did not need a lot of help at home, just enough to give me confidence to get through eight plus weeks of not using my right foot. Iain came to the house six times over four weeks. Every visit was scheduled a day or two in advance, and he would call 10-30 minutes before his arrival to let me know exactly when he would be here. I knew my foot surgery would have a significant effect on my daily life, but I definitely underestimated just how much harder it would be to do just about everything. A few visits from Iain at Best Health Care Services gave me enough encouragement to make it through this trying time. And while it’s probably not a big deal to most people, being able to get up and down the steps to the garage alone was a major accomplishment for me. I can get to the car and go places, instead of just staying home.

Do not go to this agency unless you enjoy dealing with rude, unprofessional personnel. The administrator Homa, and Christina should not be in this profession!!! My father needed a home health aid to come three hours a day, Monday through Friday, his insurance covered it, yet neither of these women could figure out how it worked. They constantly passed me back and forth and each time they were rude. They insisted on making up information that was not accurate and after 55 days, they decided to notify me that my dad's contract was over in five days. I made sure to contact his doctor for new orders and these women made up more stories about Medicare. So we decided to move on. I will be reporting them to my father's insurance company as well as Medicare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I guarantee you will regret it.
