There service was great. The nurse was GREAT but that was 2017-2018. I know she is no longer there but they will help and give you good service. Had to use them again in 2019 and was like before great service.

First billing was 14 months AFTER date of service. NO itemized statement for thousands of dollars of charges. Upon inquiry, billing service made a slight “adjustment...due to some items being overcharged”! As of 5/4/20, another bill has been received for 4/19 date of service. Inexcusable!!!

We've been getting our daughters supplies from here for about 10 years and have never had a problem with anything. The only thing I would change is maybe have a way to do online orders or at least have a reminder call, text or email when an order is coming up.
