We used Interim Home health recently for a client and I have been most impressed. The therapists and nurses are very professional, prompt and always call the day before they visit with a specific time so we will know when they will arrive. Will definitely use them again! I am sending this shout out to the wonderful Interim Charlottesville Care Team who have been so attentive to my sister and her issues stemming from her Parkinson needs. I cannot put in to words what their caring and dedicated professionalism have meant to both my sister and myself. Due to insurance, we knew we only had a few weeks of sessions with the Interim staff but they accomplished more in that few weeks than much longer contracts with other home health care companies. The short timeframe didn't dissuade the staff from diving in and making sure that every minute they spent with my sister was as productive as possible. In a short period of time, they made a number of recommendations that truly made an impact on my sisters' day to day care. That was already above and beyond but they didn't stop with just making the recommendations. They followed through on each one until the right people were involved and the recommendations then become reality. We will be forever grateful for their high level of professionalism, warmth, dedication and doggedness to make my sister's life better. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
