EXCELLENT CARE-HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! If you go through my chart for your initial contact, your experience will be challenging. It was a very stressful experience going through that number. I finally got a person who directed me to a local number. Once I got the local number, it was, still is amazing!!! My mom had physical therapy at home 3 years ago - it's so advanced now. We currently use a nurse, OT & PT. I highly recommend them. Each visit they check her over and take vitals. They are all professional, experienced, very knowledgeable and provide compassionate care. They give clear instructions, fill me in so I can support her care. My mom is getting stronger and responding so well to each of them, her confidence and strength are growing. Finding low vision care is very hard, they get her needs. I completely trust all of them and could not be happier with the treatment they have been providing, and they are done. So impressed!!!

I do not recommend this business for home care needs. The nurses never showed up on time, poor communication. A nurse told my family that my grandfather was fine, his breathing was normal, etc. (3 days before his passing) We knew she was wrong, it was clear to see that he was nearing death. For a nurse to stand in his home and lie to his family about his condition is just completely ridiculous to me. She should have been honest with us. After his passing one of the nurses wanted to pick up the home care equipment the day of his funeral, obviously that wasn't suitable so we asked her to reach out and it could be picked up the following week. 2 months passed before we received any type of contact from this office about the equipment. At that point we let them know a day and time that was suitable, but the message got relayed incorrectly and a nurse showed up the day before when no one was home. Then we were getting messages saying we said we would be home and weren't there. I was being called a liar because they can't handle their jobs apparently. These ladies have no sense of good communication in any way, shape nor form. I drove the equipment about an hour away to their office just to continue with the run around. I wasn't directed to the manager as I had asked specifically for that person. I will find the proper contact information and let whomever is running this business know how poorly their employees are treating their clients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this business. When you have a family member in the final stages of life, the last thing you need is mess like this to add on the stress.
