We knew we wouldn’t have long with my dad when he came home for hospice care but the team at Chesapeake Regional was fantastic! Laurie (the hospice nurse) came within minutes of me calling for support. Until she arrived, the doctor make sure I was comfortable with the instructions provided and helped coach me through everything. I can’t rave enough about Laurie though. She stayed with me every step of the way and helped to bathe my dad before the funeral home arrived. I don’t know how I would have gotten through such a difficult time without her being there. Fantastic team! I’d highly recommend for hospice care….

I called at 7:20 am to tell them my patient was having a hard time breathing . I thought it might be a panic attack but I was unsure. I called at 2pm to see when a nurse might be coming . The lady on the phone wasn't satisfied with name birthrate my name No as I tried to keep my lady from falling as she lurched around her room this woman insisted I must spell everything one word at a time and then she repeated it very slowly to me . Frankly I couldn't take it anymore and hung up on her. It is now 4:30 pm 9 hours since the original call and Noone has called or shown up. They only show up some of the days they are supposed to . I will go out of my way to tell people not to use this company. They should be ashamed . .

If I could give this Company ZERO stars I would😡😡They're STRAIGHT TRASH .They Fired the Only Black Nurse that came to visit my Love one and she was an Amazing Nurse they no longer have Any Diversity when it comes to the Field Nurses!! Furthermore when I had concerns regarding my Love one I had left SEVERAL messages to speak with [TANNER] and she NEVER calls you back !!! 😡😡 The ADMINISTRATIVE part of this company needs to be changed because they don't give a damn about Patients it's ALL ABOUT THE MONEYand they will let you know that!!! If you really care about your LOVE ONES choose another company!!!
