I am the person at the end of their life and the office administrator Monica is useless human. My comfort is what Medicare tricare is paying for erranded not lived on for my life. Spoke on the phone with her today and she thinks that the way she wants to do things is something I need to follow her rules policies. She doesn’t understand she works for me the client patient person at the end of their life. Appears only thing this person cares about is the dollar they get for saying your a client. Looking for company that cares for me

We chose Medi Home Health and Hospice to care for our mom. Even though it took less than 48 hours before our mother transitioned, we could not have made a better decision in who would provide medical care during her final days. RN Eve Pritchett exceeded all of our expectations. She thoroughly explained every step of the process, and let us know exactly what we could expect. She answered all of our questions and stayed with us throughout the night. Even after her shift had ended, she stayed with our family, and followed up with us a few days later to see how we were doing. Even though we did not want to let our mom go, Medi Home Health and Hospice, and RN Eve Pritchett made it less painful. They were caring, supportive, and provided high quality healthcare even at the very end.

I was very pleased with the one on one care my mother received while on hospice. The nurses were amazing. Mari the aid that bathed and dressed my mother Monday through Friday didn't skip a beat. What I'm still not ok with is that the dilaudid they told me that was in my mother's comfort care package to manage her pain was not there when she desperately needed it to manage her pain. My mom lived in Assisted Living so the medication should have been on the med cart. I feel like my mother suffered unnecessarily especially when she couldn't swallow and needed the liquid dilaudid. I was told the dilaudid probably expired or since she had not used it being on hospice for 6 months, it was a state regulation they had to get rid of it. So why wasn't it replaced? When someone is on hospice they could need pain medication at any given time. No answer is good enough for me. Meti Hospice promised me she would be kept comfortable. On the day she passed they finally had the medication with the right dose so my mom could relax and pass away. There is no doubt my mother suffered and felt pain the day before she passed. I will have to live with this the rest of my life. So sad. Not a good experience.

We used Medi Home Health and Hospice for approximately a month for my husband. Even though it was a stressful time, the hospice experience was great. They were available 24/7 , did what they said they would do in a very timely manner. They also were compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism.

Freddie has taken excellent care of me. She came to see me the first day I called her. She also came to the hospital to check on me and make sure everything was in place for a safe discharge home. Great customer service!
