The skilled nursing care was attentive and thorough, with nurses who genuinely cared about both comfort and healing. The physical therapy team was fantastic—patient, encouraging, and very knowledgeable, helping to restore mobility and confidence step by step. We were especially impressed with the speech therapy services, which were tailored, effective, and delivered with great empathy. Horrific experience with Horizons when my father was in a dire need for help. Would not recommend their physical therapists or the PT manager to my worst enemy. They lie, delay, and destroy patients and their family’s hope. Zero professionalism or humanity.
