My parents have had SHEME for over 14 years. The Aides took care of my dad and now they care for my mother who has Parkinson's and dementia. Our Aides have become like family. Over the years, we progressively increased their hours as my parent's needs increased. The Aides are gentle, caring and knowledgeable about the care of elderly individuals. I highly recommend them.

Well, apparently the Physical Therapist is poking her nose where she don’t need to and asked me if I was sure I needed home aide services I was taken aback by the Physical Therapist's question. Was she implying that I didn't need home aide services? I had already been struggling to manage my daily tasks due to my disability , and her questioning made me doubt my own needs. It felt like she was overstepping her boundaries and making assumptions about my situation. Ms Lina was amazing and helpful I’m really considering going to another agency after this interaction. Some people need to learn to mind their business
